Buying just a few panels shipped to your door, the 100W panels win on price per watt, because they ship as a normal parcel instead of oversized freight. Buying in bulk, a pallet of large panels is $0.37/W and beats the rest. Always check the maximum input voltage of your charge controller before you wire panels in series.
