Solar Power Sharing in Prideaux Haven | EP 62 | Cruising/Boating Pacific Northwest | MV Makena Kai
We are enjoying our time in Prideaux Haven while rafted with fellow boaters.
Issues arise with our boat neighbours fridge causing them to use additional power.
This required us to setup a solar powered electrical transfer to charge their batteries to a satisfactory level. The time comes to depart to elsewhere in Desolation sound.
Thanks for watching!
About Us
MV Makena Kai is a cruising style boating channel involving adventure, raising children and challenges that take place aboard a cruising type boat. We showcase geographical areas in the Pacific Northwest (Northern Puget Sound) and Southwest British Columbia (Vancouver Island/inside passage). One day we hope to travel much further to Alaska and beyond.
Our channel will also cover an inside look to all the great enjoyments of a boating lifestyle as a recreational focus, boating ownership/management, finance, maintenance, improvements and innovations.
Our goal is to deliver a presentation of what we feel is one of the best forms of recreation that can be experienced.
Please have a look at our content, subscribe to our channel and enjoy.
Thank you.
