Standing Seam Metal Roof, Hardie® Siding & Full Exterior Upgrade
Our crews recently wrapped up an extensive exterior project that included replacing the existing shingle roof with a 24-gauge Sheffield Snap-Lock 450 SL standing seam metal roofing system.
Along with the new roof, we installed new Hardie® siding and trim, completed a full exterior paint job, handled the gutter work and made updates to the home's ventilation.
The roofing system included high-temp underlayment, 24-gauge pre-formed metal valleys and ridge, engineered clips and screws, new flashings and metal drip edge. The project also included new gutters along the back elevation and resetting the existing gutters around the home.
There were a lot of different pieces to this project, and our crews did a great job bringing the roof and the rest of the exterior together.
The Sheffield metal roofing system is backed by a 45-year substrate warranty and 50-year finish warranty, along with Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal's 10-year written labor warranty.
