Another really bad roof pipe boot flashing installation on this roof, that an HVAC company tried to install. They put the roof pipe flashing down on the roof deck and then shingled over it. They also put their nails way too close to where the water diverts around. The shingles need to tuck under the pipe flashing, then the pipe flashing goes down, and then shingles on the upper side of the flashing go over it.
